After cleaning the track a electrically conductive coating is applied.
Use of 3M scotch brite is used on usually a single pass corrosion removal from the rail top's steel surface.

This roller is a cylindrical roller and rotates parallel to the track rails. Will fit the Dremel tool having a 1/2" rubber sanding drum.
